This is a great break through for Sony Ericsson. After a bunch of Android Smartphone with outdated OS version and painful complaints form user for being unable to deliver software update, finally they come up with Sony Ericsson Arc to be feature Android 2.3 Gingerbread. With just 8.7mm thin body Sony introducing new Reality Display on Arc. Running by a Mobile BRAVIA Engine the 4.2 inch screen definitely look amazing, let’s see if it can be better than iPhone’s Retina Display. The 8.1 MP camera powered by Sony’s Exmor R mobile sensor will give the quality without any doubt. 1 GHz Qualcomm processor and 512 MB of RAM and other standard features don’t really need to mention. via.

I bought the original Xperia and waited months and months to upgrade to android 2.1 so i dont think ill be buying another sony ericsson for a while
oh and btw the camera on it is useless during the night
Me neither. Mine broke after 6 months i bought it. right after the update. Now ive a htc and lovin it.
Likewise, having bought so many SE handset throughout the years then switched to HTC after getting fed up with SE support service (or lack of), I gave them another try when X10 came out, only to be proven yet again how little regard do they have for their customers by not listening to their demands and releasing out of date OS version and arrogant believing people would just go for the brand. Who’s to say they’ll behave any differently now. Given their track record, by the time Arc is out, 2.3 would have been outdated, or the device would just be stuck in the OS permanently
i have an x10 and ill never get onother one ever agian in my life,i have my eye on the tegra powered lg optimus x2 now now thats something.
and plus the arc has almost the same specs as the x10
xperia x10 sucks…. I had it for 2 months and got hardware problem…. sent it to service center and got the same problem after a week…i am very disappointed and never buy a sony ericcson’s product again in my entire life.
I also will NEVER buy an other SE device again. I had mine for 3 hours before I noticed a hardware problem. I went back to the store and they tell me it’s User induced. I guess I did wrong holding the phone in my palm. This is the kind of phone you put in a frame and stare at it. So Anyway Sony will not fix it. fastest 600$ ever spent on garbage. Sony ARC was the phone. no I have no phone and broke :_) Thank you SONY
