According to Eldar Murtazin, an insider from Notorious industry, Official Ice Cream Sandwich Update for Smasung Galaxy S II will be delivered on march 1. The moscow based blogger confirmed on twitter:

Android 4 aka ics for sgs2 will be officially available from march 1(depends from country/operator). Update over the air or using kiss.

The news seems legitimate as previously Samsung confirmed the Galaxy S II, the Galaxy Note, and Galaxy Tab models will get Android 4.0 in the first quarter of 2012. Murtazin also mentioned on twitter Galaxy note and other samsung models will get Android 4.0 update soon after Galaxy S II see the update, probably from march to may. Depends from carrier/country.
