Similar to the original Optimus L3, it has a compact size, sleek design and an overall attractive look while it comes with Dual SIM capabilities. Dual SIM phones are not a new concept. I remember people having them 4-5 years ago. I would even go so far to say that they’re a damned good idea!
BUT, not having seen/held this device, or heard any reports on it’s effectiveness, I can only report from people who’ve had the older dual SIM phones.
Overall, it’s a great idea, the major drawback is that you effectively have the power consumption of two (2x) phones, trying to connect to two different networks. Battery life (reported to me) was woeful – lucky to get 6 hours out of a full charge!!!
I LOVE my Samsung Galaxy Note & it’s 2550mAh battery!!! My old (vanilla) HTC Desire had a 1450mAh battery & there were days where 8 hours would be asking too much…

Having a 1550mAh battery, on a dual SIM phone sounds like a great idea (in theory), but the proof of the pudding will be in the eating… How much pudding will this phone eat in one day???
