Four days ago Google released the source code of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and it didn’t take long for developers to treat their Android phones with latest Android OS. Based on the Ice Cream Sandwich SDK, Android 4.0 custom builds started to appear for various devices. As usual, members from xda community are working on those custom builds and a handful list of devices actually got the taste of Android 4.0. However, the builds still doesn’t look promising because of the lack of hardware acceleration. But, if you are interested to know what’s going on follow the links below:
- Google Nexus One
- HTC Desire
- HTC Desire HD
- HTC Droid Eris
- HTC Hero
- HTC Hero CDMA
- Samsung Nexus S
- Samsung Galaxy S I9000
We are still months away to get the Ice Cream Sandwich Update on older devices, hopefully these smart and genius developers will be able to provide us something nice. Stay tuned with us at Facebook and Twitter, Google Plus to get updates on latest Android Ice Cream sandwich ROMs. source.
