Hi…. does anyone know how to fallback to the original ROM (gingerbread from samsung for SGS2)?

    • Mitsurugi

Got it! Please ignore this 🙂

      • ricardo

Can you please tell me how? Or where did you see it?

    • JamesDalley

Hey Mitsurugi, how do you fall back? ive decided that 2.3.3 is better than this piece of turd.

  • Sean

Hi I’ve just got a 2nd hand galaxy SII and have just factory reset the phone. Can I still update to the ICS by following this method?

    • Shariar

      yes you can

  • Mitsurugi

Larry, you’re right!! You saved my life 🙂
If you press “volume up”(instead of volume down) + Home + Power you’ll get stuck in Odin after pressing the start button. I’ve tried this several times(more than 15 times) and don’t know what is wrong until I saw your message. So… thank you very much 🙂

By the way, after upgrading to ice cream sandwich do you guys experiencing with face lock error setting ? The “Settings” App always forced close everytime I configure the face lock security setting. After that, everytime whenever I want to unlock the screen there’s an error message on the screen “Face Unlock couldn’t start”? Is there any solution for this?

  • Larry

Download mode gets startet by “Volume DOWN” + Home + Power 😉
