Google I/O is the biggest events for Android where every year Google introduces some new exciting products. The event is great importance for developers, Google and for Android user as this is the time when the future of the platform is revealed, new tools are released for developers and new software is announced. For those of you that want to stay in touch with the event Google has released the I/O app on the Play Store. It’s a very functional, ICS design and fast speed make it very attractive.

The app is composed of tabs that you can browse through with a swipe. There is an Agenda for the event categorized by date and time. The Map reveals the location of each event and underneath it the major topics are highlighted and you can browse each one for complete info regarding the subject, location and time table. Last but not least the Stream tab displays every mention of the event for Google+ and you can also share you location using the dedicated button in the action bar. The bottom bar shows a countdown timer to the event. As we’ve mentioned before, this is the time when we expect the next version of Android to be announced – Jelly Bean and also the highly anticipated Nexus Tablet. The latest update for the Google I/O app brought on several new features like:
